2009 CITIZEN SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS

Residents rank City services with solid scores

Residents gave Airdrie a high-ranking 98 percent rating for quality of life in the annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey, the highest score in a group of ¬17 other municipalities surveyed by Banister Research. The overall Citizen Satisfaction Index rose slightly and is the second-highest index rating the City has achieved at 3.83 out of a possible 5.0.
